Large bars are made for heating an MRE and burn 7 - 9 minutes. You could heat up a quick cup of coffee. Plus, they are great for starting fires in the outdoors or in the Woodstove - Fireplace - Charcoal Grill, etc. Don't have charcoal lighter fluid. No problem just toss in a Trioxane bar.
