There are NO Refunds or Product Exchanges for special ordered items.
All refunds or product exchanges are minus shipping cost. Except if Buckshot's Camp made the mistake. There will be NO refunds or product exchanges on videos. We will gladly replace any damaged videos.
You have 10 days from the time you received the order to return it for refund or product exchange minus the shipping cost.
Product Warranties
Since Buckshot's Camp does not manufacture many of the items we sell, we cannot directly warranty any product we sell. While we can guarantee that the products we sell are effective we cannot guarantee that the user will use the product correctly. Therefore, Buckshot's Camp offers no warranties, expressed or implied for any of the products we offer. All warranty claims fall back to the original manufacturer of the product.
