E-mail Problems ? Having problems hearing back from us ? We answer every e-mail and e-mail catalog requests within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from us normally it is because of an incorrect e-mail address or you are a AOL user. AOL has the biggest rejection for some reason and they send our catalog back to us saying no such address.
Contact AOL and advise them of the problem on your end and let them know you are not receiving e-mails from other servers. Please don't keep sending us e-mails requesting a catalog. If AOL rejects it we have no way of contacting you.
Privacy Statement - We value our customers and do not sell, trade, or give away your name, address, or any private information. In fact, we shut off the cookies to our web site. Your privacy is #1 with us and we respect it like was our own.
