"Survivor"  Video  Series  ~  Volume 1

Hey Buckshot,

A group of our primary instructors and I just finished watching your new video. We all agreed that this new one is a good video. It demonstrates a lot of good simply, applied techniques that every outdoors person or great adventurer should have in his or her arsenal of preparedness knowledge. This video should be of interest to a wide variety of preparedness minded individuals. If a person gains just one tip or technique from this video then it makes it worth the price in the end. Adaptation skills are not about entertainment or some kind of hobby. It’s about important skills that give an individual the ability to operate in the wild places. Much like the ability to read is here in the civilized world. The Boy Scouts of America should use this video as a must see for all of their people, leaders and scouts alike. One of our favorite parts of the video deals with the carry and use of the 110-conibear trap. The majority of individuals in the preparedness community carry a small 1500cu. ruck sack when they go to the field. And they usually carry five different fire starters and tinder, and a couple of knives and spool of some kind of snare wire not to mention a list of our worthless "survival gadgets." Even my people get carried away some times. But those 110 conibears are so small, yet so unbelievably effective for rendering game into the pot. It just helps to support our beliefs that if you don’t know how to trap a survivor will most likely fall to the Reapers boot heel. This video may not be able to keep the well-experienced adventurer or outdoorsman captivated, but anyone with less than the abilities of Jeremiah Johnson should learn something from it. We can’t wait to see the next one.
